CLIENT COMMUNICATIONS & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER – 2015 – present (Various Clients, Chicagoland, IL) Managing executive level communications as well sales and business development for various event focused projects. Leading the creation and handling of project budgets, proposals, and invoices. Sales and project management on the curation of sponsorship clients and execution of event exhibit booths related sponsorship contracts. * Projects include The Global Leadership Summit, The Justice Conference, and other events.

PROJECT DIRECTOR – 2013 – 2015 (video/media company) Created and ran the business processes & infrastructure as well as project managed all contract work for the video and media company from development to close in early 2015.

EVENT PRODUCER –  2013 – 2014 (Willow Creek – Huntley, Huntley, IL) Creative leadership and project management services for the ongoing weekend and special events. Project leadership from definition, strategy, process development, and content development.

CREATIVE RESOURCE MANAGER  2012 – 2013 (Exclaim, Inc., Palatine, IL)

Drove initiatives in sales support, process roll-out and project success for this marketing and creative services agency with $5 million in annual revenue. Effectively lead in high-risk areas encompassing resource acquisition, conflict resolution, clear communications and client satisfaction. Tasked with facilitating critical operational and accounting functions through financial analysis, executive reporting and projections.

  • Established and directed a Program Management Office to optimize best practices for video, web, interactive, print and event engagements.
  • Designed and implemented operational tools and procedures for the entire firm.
  • Created an organizational design plan for staff and teams to support growth and expanded productivity.

Set up and oversaw multiple teams for sales, operations, design and project functions with 20 professionals for this $10 million provider of multimedia solutions. Organized and directed numerous projects in support of all levels of new business development, project execution and program implementation.

  • Expanded sales by creating and managing targeted sales plans. Led over 300 active sales leads for a 9-person team.
  • Coordinated 150 active projects valued between $100,000 – $1 million at a time for 8 project managers, vendors and contractors.
  • Designed and integrated a web-based CRM tool and collateral policies & procedures.

MEDIA & RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR  2001 – 2009 (Willow Creek Association, South Barrington, IL)

Managed a full range of duties, including production planning, job scheduling, cost controls, quality assurance, supply chain and distribution channels, for this $25 million non-profit organization. Developed and instituted processes and procedures for website design, product roll-out and all media resources. Key participant in preparing and updating web content, marketing collateral and product offerings. Actively led publishing and marketing teams in facilitating portfolio strategies, e-commerce websites and project processes.

  • Piloted the creation of over 11,000 products that delivered over $15 million in new sales during tenure, while decreasing vendor costs by $900,000.
  • Spearheaded the design and launch of a portfolio of 6 new and profitable e-commerce websites that generated millions of dollars in new revenue.
